Chat Mode Design

Key customization features:

✨ Title: Define the name your customers will see in the top left corner of the widget.

✨ Agent Name: Specify how the chatbot introduces itself during interactions with customers.

✨ Intiatiation Message: Craft the initial message users see before posing a question.

✨ Avatar: Select the icon representing the virtual agent in the chat and profile.

✨ Show Sources: Enable your chatbot to display links to the sources it used for its last response. Manage sources in Training Materials.

✨ Collect Visitor Information: Request customer contact details, viewable in Collected Contacts.

✨ Visitor Information Mandatory: Set a rule for visitors to share their contact info before engaging with the chatbot.


Pop Up Button Design

✨ Expand By Default: Set whether the popup expands automatically when users engage with the widget button.

✨ Type your message...: Customize the default message prompt to encourage user engagement.

✨ Remove Powered by Inoz Chatbot: Opt to eliminate the "Powered by Inoz Chatbot" attribution for a cleaner appearance.

✨ View Profile First: Control whether users see the chatbot's profile before initiating a conversation.

✨ Remove Share Button: Choose to exclude the share button for a streamlined user interface.
